At MoJu AI ("MoJu"), we want you to have full control over your service. This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel credit packs and your account.

Credit Pack Purchases

Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once completed. See our Refund Policy for details.

Live Interview Billing

Once a live interview is in progress, credits continue to be deducted at local pricing until the interview ends.

Credit Packs

Credit packs never expire and can be used at any time. You may stop using your credits at any time, but refunds for unused credits are not available (see our Refund Policy).

Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by:

• Going to your account settings and selecting "Delete Account"
• Emailing admin@moju-ai.com with your request

Upon account cancellation:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• Your session history and data will be deleted within 30 days
• Any remaining credits will be forfeited
